Dear Colleagues,

This is to inform you that I have forwarded your contacts to the
organisers of the World Summit taking place in late September this year
so that they could inform you and also invite you to join the
International Federation of Arts Councils and Cultural Agencies (IFACCA)
which is a useful resource.  They have informed me they are in the
process of contacting you or already have. They are also in process of
discussing getting good Pacific representation at the event.
