Dear Salanieta

 

I am very sorry to hear about the passing of Misiwaini and find it very hard
to believe that it has happened. I feel very fortunate to have met Misi  in
Samoa and to have had the opportunity for some stimulating conversations
with him. He was a great asset to the PARBICA Bureau.

 

My thoughts are with his family and with the staff of the National Archives
of Fiji.
