Veuillez trouver ci-joints une circulaire ainsi qu'un questionnaire concernant la mise en place d'une stratégie de financement à long terme pour le Secrétariat général de la Communauté du Pacifique (CPS). Ces documents ont été envoyés aux points de contacts officiels de la CPS à savoir les ministères des Affaires étrangères de vos états et territoires respectifs.
 
La circulaire contient des informations sur le pourquoi, les but et objectifs du questionnaire ainsi que les instructions pour le compléter. Le questionnaire comporte notamment des questions relatives aux différentes thématiques couvertes par notre Département développement humain afin que vous puissiez les étudier et y répondre au mieux.
 
Nous vous transmettons ce message afin que vous puissiez d'une part prendre connaissance de ces documents, et nous adresser les éventuelles questions que vous pourriez avoir avant de compléter ce questionnaire.

Please find Official SPC Circular and Questionnaire regarding the development of a Sustainable Financing Strategy for the SPC which is being sent out to official SPC contacts which is the Ministry or Department of Foreign Affairs in your countries.
 
The Circular explains the background, purpose and objective of the questionnaire and instructions with regard to completion.
 
The Questionnaire contains questions regarding the thematic areas of the Human Development Programme for your review and response.
 
This is to give you a lead on the process and to provide the opportunity to raise with us any questions regarding the questionnaire that you might have before you respond.
